Speymill Property Group (SPG) is an Isle of Man based company which manages real estate investment funds globally. SPG aims to use its significant property and investment management expertise, along with local presences and partnerships, to deliver superior investor returns. The Company aims to identify investment opportunities in undervalued markets and also in high growth niche areas.

The group currently manages two listed funds investing in Germany and Macau respectively. SPG is Manager or Advisor to funds with total assets potentially under management, on a fully invested and fully leveraged basis, of approximately $3 billion.
